I have been blessed with the incredible opportunity to provide the cocktails for a nonprofit event for which the sponsors have generously donated 3 cases of Peach Schnapps. Any ideas? There is also a healthy supply of (ahem) vodka.
All ideas will be enthusiastically entertained. They are also securing a donation of blanco tequila.
Note: The owners of the residence, which is apparently a gorgeous piece of modern design, have issued another challenge: since the floors are white terrazzo and the furniture white leather, they have intimated that they would 'prefer' if the beverages would be clear.
Get thee to your shakers, ladies and gentlemen, a challenge is afoot!

This was in the email archives, from Moxy:
Muddle strawberry in peach shnapps, add peach tea and shot of charbay clear with a squeeze of lemon.
Never tried it, and it won't be clear, but it's a start.

A spin on a fuzzy navel--something creamsicley. Milk or half and half, sugar, maybe a dollop of oj, or orange curacao, egg white, gin or vodka, or maybe even rum.

The Peach Cobbler:
Vanilla-infused brown sugar syrup with chai spice & cardamom (to call up a shortbread flavor) Maybe a shortbread cookie garnish? You really can't get the textures, i'm thinking more about flavor.
Note: On Troop 399 camping trips (ca early 1990's), our peach cobblers always had the flavor of hardwood smoke and ash when they came out of the dutch oven. But that's another story.
Cocktail History context: there is a whole class of vintage cocktails called Cobblers, but maybe you can work a play on words into the name..."peach cobbler"

Peach Melba
1 1/2 Vodka
1/2 oz Chambord
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps,
1 oz egg white type OR vanilla-infused foam for the seasoned mixologist
Shake hard to emulsify the egg white or just shake it without egg white and top it with a vanilla foam

Peaches an' Herb
( A mojito style drink)
Mint & basil muddled with peach, add your rum, schnapps and club soda. It's georgia meets cuba! You might have trouble getting good fresh peaches, those ones they import from chile can be hit or miss. Did you make homemade preserves from Fredricksburg peaches last summer? You didn't? Well maybe next year.
Or grill peaches that have marinated in brown sugar and balsalmic or apple cider vinegar, then make a savory mojito with rosemary or tarragon, and put your pickled peaches in with that. That will really weed 'em out.

"The Peachy Keen"
Something Mai Tai-esque, with ammaretto and fruit juices. This clear drink restriction really backs me into a corner. If something spills, thats what bleach and maids are for.
